Indicative reference rates, published once a day

We publish a single daily midpoint for the currency pairs that small importers, translators and freelancers actually invoice in — plus the handful of digital assets people keep asking us to include.

Nothing here is a quote and nothing is tradable. Use it to price a contract, check an invoice, or settle an argument about what a figure was worth last Tuesday.

How the midpoint is taken

We average the bid and the offer quoted by a small set of reference sources shortly after the London open, drop the outliers, and round to four significant figures. A single number a day keeps invoices stable; it is not meant to track a market tick by tick.

What it is not

Not advice, not a dealing price, and not suitable for settlement. Your bank or broker will apply its own spread and fees, often a long way from a midpoint. Check with them before committing to a figure.
